On sims 2, when your child is taken by social services, Do you ever get them back?
No, you can’t get them back to the original family but they will be the first out of the adoption pool if another family adopts. They will have lost all memories and family ties though. You can’t prevent the social worker from taking them by walling her up either – she can walk through walls (which I’d would say would be a good reason not to let her take them but then I’m not Maxis).
