well i’m 13 and been feeling kind of bad lately i can breathe but sometimes i have to do a deep breathe to catch my breath this has been going on for the last two days i do sleep with my fan and sometimes i have the fan director on me could i be devloping asthma i had amonia when i was child what could this be please don’t tell me too go to the docters or the hosptial i just might if anything gets out of hand but i want to hear your opions first
Your shortness of breath could be for several things such as weight, if you have gain significant weight in a short period of time, then you get short of breath, as your body is not adjusted to such weight gain. Stress can also make you short of breath, anxiety, a common cold, etc. I know you said not to tell you this, but I gave you my opinion on what could be, however, I think you should go to the Dr. because it could be something else other than what we can tell you here, it could also be something dangerous or not, but it is better to get the doubt out with the DR!!.
