any good prenatal exercise videos?
im 26 weeks pregnant and i want to start exercising to try to lose the weight faster after baby this is my second child and im a skinny girl to begin with im kinda freking out that i wont be able to lose the weight again what are some good prenantal exercise videos ive heard when you do exercise during pregnancy it helps to lose the weight faster
Let me tell you… I gained over 60 pounds with my pregnancy and was searching the web to find anything… any hope to lose it! The site has a lot of great ideas and ways of many things including weight gain during and after pregnancy, helping women get their confidence back after having a baby, and all sorts of exercises and things you can do. I went to this site constantly after having my baby- and I firmly believe in it… I lost an incredible amount of weight (mostly baby fat) from just taking her advice.
