How do I find a PHYSICAL address so papers can be served?
He doesnt have a house phone #, and utilities must not be in his name bacause I cant find him with any searches. I’m in Ny & he just fled to AZ !?! I found a P.O. Box address for him in Arizona but it ws registered with his New York info. Also, he’s a truck driver. Not so easy to narrow down where he works.
I need to serve him violation papers. He hasn’t paid child support in a few months and cut off my sons health ins. My son is special needs and I can’t afford his medical care without this ins !

Report him for non-payment.
Most states will refuse to renew a driver’s license until child support payments are made in full (or, in some instances, arrangmenets made to cover the arrears, which means some payment but not the whole thing in one gulp) … which would be a really bad deal for someone who makes a living based on their ability to operate a motor vehicle.
If he is freelance, tracking him down may be difficult but not impossible (sic a PI on him). If he’s employed by a trucking firm, the firm itself should be easy enough to find – and serve the papers there, through his employer.
