I want to teach an exercise program to children ages 2-3 any suggetions on what i can teach them?
I want it along the line of some gymnastics routines or exercises. I need ideas on warm activities, cool downs, kids games, stuff to increase felxibility stuff such as this. Any suggestions relating to gymnastics, tumbling, exercise is welcome
Maybe teach them jumping jakes and round houses and simple streches like sitting on the floor with their legs apart and go down one leg and then down the other (if that makes sence).
